ar555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including where ar555 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Platform in a manner that causes harm to ar555 or other users.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ar555 may, subject to applicable law, retain all or part of the funds held in the Account as reasonable compensation for losses suffered.
